  1845 doesn't look like much from the front, but the people in this building sold me on this place hard. Everyone is friendly and encouraging, regardless of your fitness level coming in. Adam, the owner, is very chill - more concerned about his customers and setting good fitness goals than about packing his gym full and making a buck. The result is a great place to meet your fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle, without the pressure or intimidations of other gyms. Worth a try any day.
